Growing from their original storefront, opened in 1980 at 1776 Broadway, Peter and Alex have expanded their original venture into 14 Pax Wholesome Foods throughout Manhattan, with an expected 16 retail markets by 2006.
Pax targets the New York City office worker clientele but also takes into consideration the teeming tourists on the streets of New York. By expertly anticipating the needs of their customers and creating menu that are fresh, fast, delicious and diverse, Pax has been able to reach out to a wider array of customers than ever before.
Each Pax Wholesome Foods is designed to convey a welcoming but casual environment, utilizing light earth tones throughout the space. In order to ensure our customers are able to have the simplest and most efficient ordering experience, each store has designated separate areas that cater to each aspect of our menu, whether it's tossed-to-order salads or fresh from the oven pizettes.
At each and every Pax Wholesome Foods, the goal is to create a retail market where a welcoming space design combines with efficient service and fresh, healthy meals each and every time our customers walk though our doors.
